Growing Together: Our Journey of Sustainability with Bubble Baby

Hello, I'm Marissa, the proud founder of Bubble Baby. Originally from Nebraska, I now call the thumb of Michigan home. At 27 years old, I continue my journey with Bubble Baby, a sustainable and purpose-driven company that I started when my daughter was just two months old. She is now two and a half years old, and together, we are dedicated to making a positive impact on the planet.

I have always been deeply concerned about our environment. Even as a child, I brainstormed ways to help combat the challenges we face. During my pregnancy, while preparing my daughter’s wardrobe with bamboo fabric, I noticed the overwhelming amount of plastic waste from my orders. This experience strengthened my resolve to fight against single-use plastics.

In July 2022, with my precious daughter by my side, I founded Bubble Baby. Our mission is to provide sustainable alternatives to traditional baby products and reduce plastic waste. Bamboo fabric is central to our offerings due to its unique properties and environmental benefits. I wanted our packaging to reflect our commitment to sustainability as well. After extensive research, I discovered the D2w alternative—a breakthrough solution that perfectly aligns with our mission.

At Bubble Baby, sustainability is more than just a buzzword; it’s a way of life. We produce eco-friendly baby products while positively impacting our community and the planet. Since our launch, we have planted nearly 100,000 trees and supported over 30 unique nonprofits and charities. We focus on smaller, community-driven initiatives that directly help people in our area. For every product we sell, we plant a tree, reinforcing our belief in giving back to ensure a better future for our children.

As a mother, my priority is to raise loving and kind children who understand the importance of environmental stewardship and social responsibility. Madeline and I work hard to run the company, using it as a platform to instill these values in our family and spread awareness among our customers and community. Together, we can make a difference—one sustainable choice at a time.

My journey as the owner of Bubble Baby is driven by a deep-rooted passion for our planet and a commitment to creating a more sustainable future. I am excited about this journey and grateful for everyone who supports my small family business. Together, we can build a brighter future for our children and generations to come.
