Shipping policy

 

We ship from Michigan every Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays!

*Please note that during sales, the shipping threshold is subject to change.

12/01 Due to the high discounts offered during the sale, we’ve raised the free shipping threshold for US orders to $100. And processing time to 6-8 weeks.

 

U.S. Shipping Transit Times

Our current processing time is 5 to 7 business days on all orders, including Priority and Express shipping. Please expect this time frame to be 7 to 10  business days following launches. We’re unable to modify orders or shipping addresses once the order is placed; please review your shipping details carefully before confirming the order. Bubble Baby will always try to manually combine orders and refund shipping however this can not be guaranteed. If you have any questions, please contact us at cs@bubblebaby.com with your order number.

Our default method of shipping is Ground Advantage, which takes approximately 5-8 business days to deliver within the USA, EXCLUDING Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO after our processing period. Most customers receive their order within a week, but delays are possible.

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES:

  • Free Shipping/Standard Shipping arrives approximately 5-8 business days
  • Expedited Shipping arrives in an estimated 3-5 business days
  • Priority Shipping arrives in an estimated 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping arrives in an estimated 1-2 business days

Note: Please expect longer processing and ship times during sales and launches.

Orders placed with Expedited, Priority, and Express shipping are estimates only. We do NOT ship over the Holidays, and all orders placed after 10am EST on Fridays will ship on the next business day. This includes Expedited, Priority, and Express shipments. Please order accordingly.

Shipping Timeframe Policy for Sales Orders:

During sales events, we kindly ask customers to anticipate a shipping timeframe of 6-8 weeks for their orders. This extended period allows us to manage high demand while ensuring the quality of our products. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to provide the best possible service to all our valued customers.



International Orders

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES:

  • Canada : 3-5 business days

Tracking is NOT available in all countries. Tracking to certain countries will only update until it leaves the USA. Please contact your local post office or courier for further information.

*Please note that for international deliveries, additional duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. We advise customers to expect and prepare for these fees upon delivery. For more information and assistance, please contact our customer support.


Order Status

  • All orders come with shipping and tracking information! Please check your emails for updates.
  • Please allow 48 hours for tracking to be updated.
  • We advise to sign up for e-mail and/or SMS notifications through the final tracking information to ensure you receive real-time updates for your package's last location.
  • We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking information we provide, please contact the last available courier for more information.

Business/Commercial Addresses

If a package is going to a business/commercial address, it's required that a person's first and last name be in the address Line 1 field, or it will be held for verification that the package is being sent to an individual, not a business.

Import Taxes & Duties

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes incurred that may apply. Bubble Baby is not responsible for delays due to customs, duties, or taxes. We are always working to improve and hopefully will be able to care for these in the near future.

Refused Or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.

Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and $8 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. Please place a new order with correct shipping address/information if you would like your items re-sent.

 

Understanding Our Shipping Process

We want to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience, so here’s a breakdown of how we process your orders:

  1. Order Received
    Once you place your order, we begin processing it right away.

  2. Label Creation
    We print a shipping label and set an estimated shipping date. Please note that this estimate may change, and you won’t receive another update until your order is shipped.

  3. Packing and Shipping
    Our team carefully packs your order, preparing it for shipment.

  4. Pickup by Shipping Carrier
    After packing, your order is picked up by UPS or USPS. They are scheduled to come daily, but sometimes there can be delays or scheduling issues. If a pickup is missed, your order will ship the following day.

Important Notes:

  • Label Status
    Your tracking label may show as "printed" until the package is scanned by the carrier. There will be no tracking updates until it is scanned in.

  • Why We Print Early
    We print labels beforehand to streamline packing and ensure efficiency in our process.

  • Shipping Updates
    We’ve experienced a high volume of orders lately, but we’re proud to report that we’ve had no lost packages in recent months. Your order will be updated once it’s scanned by the carrier.

  • Patience Appreciated
    Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. If this timeframe is exceeded, feel free to reach out. We are working hard to meet our shipping expectations, prioritizing our winter collection while still fulfilling all orders.
