Bubble Baby Pre-Order FAQ 🫧🩷
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order means we have not yet placed our final factory order for these items. Our pre-order window helps us see what you’re most excited about so we can order quantities based on demand, along with additional inventory for Bubble Baby.
Is there a discount for shopping the pre-order?
Yes! 🩷 Pre-order items are 25% off, and orders over $350 receive 30% off. Discounts will automatically apply in your cart. Reward or discount codes cannot be combined with pre-order discounts.
Do I earn rewards points on pre-orders?
Yes! You’ll earn Bubble Baby rewards points when shopping during the pre-order window. ✨
When will my order ship?
Our current estimated arrival timeframe will be listed on the individual pre-order collection. As soon as the inventory arrives at Bubble Baby, we’ll begin fulfilling pre-orders as quickly as possible and in the order they were received. Current Pre-Orders are expected to ship late November!
Please remember that all arrival dates are estimates. Because these pieces are still in production and/or traveling to us, manufacturing, customs, freight, weather, or other unexpected delays can occasionally affect the timeline. We’ll always do our best to keep you updated! 🩷
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24-hour window, pre-order purchases are considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
Because we use your order to determine the quantities we purchase from our factory, we appreciate your understanding!
What happens if an item does not receive enough pre-orders?
Occasionally, a specific style, size, or item may not receive enough orders to meet our factory’s minimum production requirements. If we’re unable to produce an item in your order, we’ll contact you and offer a refund or replacement for that item.
Can I order in-stock items with pre-order items?
Absolutely! 🫧 If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your entire order will ship together once your pre-order items arrive.
If you would like your in-stock items shipped sooner, please contact us to arrange a split shipment for an additional shipping fee.
Will I be charged now or when my pre-order ships?
You will be charged at the time your pre-order is placed. This allows us to reserve your requested styles and sizes when we place our factory order.
