At Bubble Baby, our utmost priority is your satisfaction with every purchase. We sincerely hope that you thoroughly enjoy everything you order from www.BubbleBaby.com. Nevertheless, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

You have the option to return any item purchased from our website within 14 days of receiving your package. This timeframe allows you ample time to ensure that the product meets your expectations and is exactly what you are looking for. Our aim is to provide you with complete peace of mind and ensure your ultimate satisfaction with our products. If you have any issues with your order please have your packing sheet which is provided within your order, without packing slip, replacements cannot be guarenteed. 



Unauthorized Returns:

Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited. We cannot be held responsible for products that are sent back to us without prior authorization. It is important that you do not return any items unless you have received explicit authorization from our customer service team.

Please review our return policies below, and then email us at cs@bubblebaby.com to initiate the return process.

RETURNS / CANCELLATIONS:

For a refund, we ask that returns are initiated within 14 days of receiving the item. Removing tags will make the item a FINAL sale and NOT eligible for return, refund, store credit or exchange. Returns can only be refunded to original method of payment. All returns and exchanges are subject to a $7.50 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund once we receive your returned item. In the case of an exchange, this fee must be paid via invoice to initiate the process.

International returns or exchanges;
customer is responsible for all return fees. Refunds will be made to your original form of payment only. We are not responsible for any discrepancies with your international bank involving daily currency exchange rates.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 14 business days for updates on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange/store credit/ or refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You should receive the credit within 3-7 business days (depending on your card issuer's policies + procedures). Bubble Baby is not responsible for transaction fees charged by your financial institution. If you have questions regarding an already processed refund, you must contact your card issuer/bank.

Please note that exchanges, cancellations, and adjustments to orders placed during sales cannot be approved due to the limited nature of our products and the time-sensitive nature of our sales events. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to carefully consider your purchases before placing an order.


The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return:
-Items purchased using a coupon code 15% or greater. ALL items that are ON SALE are final sale. No exceptions.


Quality Issues:

If you receive an item with a quality issue upon delivery (unworn/unwashed), please inform us within 14 days of delivery. Removing tags will make the item a FINAL sale and NOT eligible for return, refund, store credit or exchange. We will work with you to correct the issue and each situation will be handled on a case by case basis. Please email cs@bubblebaby.com for all customer service issues. Filing chargebacks before attempting the required steps of resolution is considered fraud and will be pursued as such. 


Sizing Issues:

If after trying on your garment; tags still attached- you find it to not be the right fit please inform us within 7 days of delivery.  Sizing exchanges are NOT eligible for refunds, but are eligible for store credit only or an exchange of equal value.  The customer must pay the return shipping fee. 

Store Credits and Gift Cards: Refunds given in the form of a store credit or gift card will be assigned to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another customer. 

All items purchased using a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only under the same terms listed above.

Shipping Timeframe Policy for Sales Orders:

During sales events, we kindly ask customers to anticipate a shipping timeframe of 4-6 weeks for their orders. This extended period allows us to manage high demand while ensuring the quality of our products. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we strive to provide the best possible service to all our valued customers.
